First time here as we were waiting on someone at an appointment close by and saw this place and went in. There are such great options but we settled on the fruit bowl. The prices are fantastic with the amount you get and definitely fresh! I asked about the latte’ and they were more than happy to explain how it was made. They had steady people coming and going and it smells great in there! We will definitely be back. Much prefer this place over Smoothie King!

I tried the very bowl and a gingeric shot- both were good. The portion size on the bowl was large, more than I could finish. It was tasty and fresh- not as good as the açaí bowls I make at home, (that’s my secret recipe), but it was still good. Staff was friendly and helpful, service was fast. I don’t like being asked for a tip at the register while I’m paying for my food, so I always deduct one star for that. Otherwise, a good overall experience!

Upbeat atmosphere! Super friendly staff! AMAZING‼ AMAZING‼ Nutritious food!! My first experience with this kind of 'food': I ordered the Superfood 'Acai Bowl'. OVER THE TOP DELICIOUS is an UNDERSTATEMENT! The bowl was filled with smoothie and then topped beautifully with strawberries, sweet bananas, plump blueberries, and yummy crunchy (not chewy) granola! Very delicious & FRESH TASTING. Filling, but I didn't feel bloated or yucky (like I ate too much)afterward. SUPER SATISFYING SO glad I found this place!

This place is amazing! They have juice & smoothies. When we visited, they we're able to customize our order. Their menu isn't too big, which I think is a plus, because they are able to focus on doing things really well. Everything we got tasted wonderful!

I've been plant based over 6 years and something I often have to consider when traveling is where I'll find great, nutrient dense options for meals. This is my second visit to Mama Nature's and I enjoyed everything I purchased. I ordered a savory bowl, a smoothie (for later) and the blue lemonade. The portions are generous and you can taste the quality and positive intention in the food. The staff was kind, attentive, and efficient. Several people stopped in while I was there and I hope they stay busy like that all the time! When I'm back in Ridgeland, I'll be sure to patronize this business again.

First time visiting. Got the Summer Breeze and it was delicious! My daughter got the Creamy Avocado which I didn't think I would like at all. I was wrong. It was very good; even though it was green. She loved it. Clean, friendly and very helpful.

First time here but won't be the last. The smoothies are just amazing. You can taste the freshness. Loved the avocado toast also. Now I'll have to make my way down the menu. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted with a very sweet and helpful young lady.

Thumbs up. Clean, healthy nutrition. I miss their peanut butter cookies, though. They, along with a smoothie, make a delectable combo. Yum! It would be even better if there were some outdoor (open to sunshine and fresh air) sidewalk cafe or bistro sets for customers to chat and enjoy their scrumptiously sinful treats.
